2. Quotations & Orders
All quotations shared are valid for a limited period as specified. Orders are considered confirmed only upon written approval and receipt of the agreed advance payment. Any modifications after confirmation may impact pricing and delivery timelines.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices are based on current material costs, specifications, and project scope. Payments are structured in stages as mutually agreed. Delays in payment may affect production schedules and delivery commitments.
4. Customization & Variations
As most of our projects involve custom-made furniture, slight variations in color, grain, texture, or finish may occur. These are natural characteristics of materials and are not considered defects.
5. Production & Delivery Timelines
We strive to adhere to agreed timelines; however, production schedules may be influenced by factors such as material availability, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be kept informed of any significant updates.
6. Installation & Site Conditions
Where installation is included, clients are expected to ensure site readiness, including access, measurements, and necessary civil work. Delays due to site conditions may impact installation schedules.
7. Quality & Inspection
All products undergo quality checks prior to dispatch. Clients are encouraged to review and approve samples or prototypes where applicable before final production.
8. Returns & Cancellations
Given the customized nature of our work, confirmed orders are generally non-cancellable and non-returnable. Exceptions, if any, will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
9. Warranty & After-Sales Support
We stand by the quality of our products and offer support for manufacturing defects within a reasonable period, as agreed per project. Normal wear and tear or misuse is not covered.

All designs, drawings, and concepts shared by Aviiora remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Aviiora shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, usage, or installation conditions beyond our control.
